Kyle, an Augusta, Georgia native, has called the Tar Heel State his home since 2009. He played college football at East Carolina University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in small business management. Following his collegiate career, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in order to pursue an opportunity as a NASCAR pit crew member. Even though he enjoyed the challenge that NASCAR presented, something was still missing. A son of a small business owner, he has always been drawn to entrepreneurship. The idea of curating something to call his own, as well as being in control of his own destiny, became too strong to ignore. Kyle has a passion for design and aesthetics. While discussing future aspirations with fellow partner Mason, Dapper Development was born!
Kyle lives in Plaza Midwood with his amazing wife and daughter Isa. Kyle enjoys pursuing anything, that to most, seems daunting. He also has an incredible eye for simplistic design.
Mason grew up in a small town in northwest Georgia called Fort Oglethorpe. He attend the University of South Carolina, where he played football and graduated with a degree in hospitality. After college he moved to Charlotte to work in NASCAR as a pit crew member. Mason can remember all the way back to elementary school having the entrepreneurial bug and has always been interested in business. He took a fancy to real estate after college, where he started studying markets and cutting his teeth in wholesaling. Finally taking the leap, Mason and his partner Kyle took on their first flip, learning many great lessons about remodeling. Mason has always had big dreams and an eye for taking decrepit things and bringing them back to life! Mason currently lives in East Charlotte with his beautiful wife and daughter Danielle and Oakah.
Mason is instrumental in coordinating and managing the people and work of Dapper Development. Mason favorite quote since starting this business is “ jump off the porch” , which he puts into action each day.
Brendan grew up in a small town on the south coast of Massachusetts. He made his way down South when he went to the University of South Carolina and has been down here ever since. Majoring in Finance and Management, with a concentration in Real Estate, Brendan knew real estate was the path for him. Out of school he immediately got his broker’s license and worked for a wholesale brokerage where he learned the ins and outs of investment real estate. After being a top performer for his company for a few years, he decided it was time to venture off on his own. Having sold many properties to Dapper Development and having similar aspirations, he chose to join the team.
Dapper combines simplistic modern design into older homes - increasing the value of surrounding homes. Kyle, Brendan and Mason bring their own unique abilities to maximize the revitalization of each and every property.
